What are Big Mouth Double hooks?
Big Mouth Doubles, or BMD for short, are hooks which are highly versatile, very strong, sharp and have a great reputation for hooking fish. BMD hooks are typically angled wider apart than normal double hooks. Excellent when used on a Salmon, Steelhead and Sea Trout Tube flies or dressed.
When fishing for trout they are designed to conform to international competition rules and provide the weight to go deep.
