Peats Pennell fly in your flybox is more flexible than it's Victorian creator had probably imagined. Tied bushy it’s a splendid dapping fly. The smallest version mimics the midges. It’s an effective top dropper imitating one of many natural flies. The large sizes are best sunk and fished as a lure.
