Blagdon Buzzer Nymph

Catalogue No: 1832
The Blagdon Buzzer is reputedly to be the very first buzzer/chironomidae created to represent the midge pupa. Fish it on a long leader with a floating line and it will work today as successfully as it did for Dr Bell in the 1920s and for countless anglers since.

Request a fly, size or option

We work closely with our fly tyers and can tie most patterns to order: a different hook size, barbless instead of barbed, a tungsten bead instead of a gold head; just ask.

Sending a request is free and you are not committing to buy. Depending on where we are in our tying cycle it can take a month or two for a pattern to arrive, and we may not be able to tie every request (fair usage applies); but if we can, we will.

Sign in first and we'll pre-fill your email and keep the request with your account.
