The wet and windy weather has seen many trout fisherman retreat from the waters this month. The muddy water with its bitter wind has only appealed to a handful of hardy fishermen, however even they were struggling with limited conditions between storms.
The Pearly Daddy is in a strong 1st position, with people fishing this as a wet fly and hoping this would best be suited for the windy conditions. Popularity for this pattern has picked up a little earlier this year (last year it made 1st spot in March).
With the Apaches running low or becoming out of stock, (you can 'request your interest' to get notified once back in stock), they are a little lower in the charts this month then they otherwise would have been.
But the mid-level chart is dominated by Salmon flies, and a fair few items which are being stocked up due to our special offers.
