Top Ten Flies August 2021
There are some excellent patterns making their way into the Top 10 chart this August.
The Pearly Daddy is a firm winner in August amongst our Fish4Flies members. It's a proven pattern with most fly fishermen keeping some in their flybox, with a surge in preparation for entering the daddy season.
The Double Badger has also been a second favourite, with small midges plaguing the waters.
It's also great to see the Irish pattern the Morgan's Peter make the chart in 3rd spot, and a sell-out pattern too! If you would like some, please use the 'Register your interest' feature to be notified when they are available again; more are on their way!
Four Damsels have made their way into the chart, with many hatches over the summer coinciding with warmer water temperatures, it proved a little unfortunate in timing, but still a nice sight to see and fun to mimic.
Finally, and one for those monster fish, the Mandy`s Mouse made it into a solid 7th position! A first-time appearance in the chart, and with a totally unexpected surge of popularity, it's great to see our alternative patterns making the charts.
